Orders are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
Delivery via PostNL
If you place your order before 10 p.m. (on working days), we strive to ship your order the same day. Your order will then be delivered within 2 days with PostNL. If it is not possible to send your package the same day, your package will be shipped the next workday via PostNL. You will therefore always receive your order (on working days) within two days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation of your order from us by email. Your package will be offered once to the neighbors, if you are not at home. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you can choose to pick up at a collection point or another delivery time via “My Parcel” from PostNL. If a second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, you can pick up your package the next (working) day at the specified collection point. Note: your package will be available at this pick-up point for 7 days. After 7 days, the package will be returned to us.
Discretion is very important to us. Your order is always shipped in a neutral brown cardboard box. We only mention small Neofollics as the sender.
We always guarantee the delivery of your order. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong in the delivery process at PostNL, we will ensure that you still receive your order. You as the recipient are responsible for correctly entering the delivery address and (if applicable) picking up the order on time at the pick-up location.
A product not in stock?
At Neofollics it is also possible to order a product when it is not in stock. Delivery times may deviate from our standard delivery time in this case. On the website you can find the expected delivery time for each product, we will also send you an email with the expected delivery time. This delivery time is always indicative and no rights can be derived from it.
