Shipping policy

1. Shipping Methods

  • Post NL: Shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium with delivery in 24 business hours.

  • Maersk: Rest of countries. Check delivery times in the Shipping Table.

2. Shipping Destinations

We ship to all countries listed in the Shipping Table. For information on distributors in countries not listed, please contact customerservice@neofollics.com

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout based on the package weight and destination. More details are available in the Shipping Table.

4. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

5. Shipment Tracking

We provide tracking numbers for all shipped orders. You can track your order using the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email and you can also track your package here: You can track the order status of your package here.

6. Shipping Returns Policy

Please refer to our returns policy for details on returning items after receiving them.

7. Address Errors

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct address. If a package is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error and cannot be retrieved, we are not liable. If the package returns to us, we can resend it or issue a refund, but the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.

8. Incidents

We strive to meet the delivery times specified in the shipping table. In exceptional cases, we may open an incident with the shipping carrier, which can take between 24 hours and several weeks depending on the destination.

During the investigation, refunds or reshipments cannot be processed until the outcome is determined. If the investigation shows that the package has not been delivered due to the shipping company's error, the customer will receive another package or a refund once the investigation is concluded.
