  • You report your dissatisfaction with a product within 7 days after the order has been placed.
  • You return the product that has been used once or several times in its current condition to our warehouse.
  • After receiving the returned product, we discuss an alternative product that suits you better.
  • You will receive this product immediately after contacting our customer service and when the returned product has been received.

How does the no-result money-back guarantee work?

You can qualify for this warranty when you have completed the following steps:

  • With your first order you signed up to join the Neofollics community (by creating an account).
  • You have completed the baseline measurement questionnaire correctly and on time at the start of your treatment and sent it to us for photos
  • You have used a complete treatment package consistently for a period of at least 180 days
  • The measurements show that the treatment has been applied correctly and has not led to any positive results (depending on the type of treatment).

Other terms and conditions:

  • Only valid when using a treatment package and not with a single product
  • You also entered the T = 90 and T = 180 measurements correctly and on time
  • The products are purchased through Neofollics.com
  • The order history shows that you have been able to use the products according to the prescription for 180 days
  • We will refund your full purchase amount within 14 days after processing.
