Marketing and Product Development Internship

From February 2025, you will have the opportunity to do an internship at Neofollics Hair Technology. Here you contribute to innovative solutions for hair problems and to our growth ambitions. As a Marketing and Product Development intern, you will work closely with both the Marketing Manager and the Brand Manager. What makes this internship unique is that you also work together with our R&D department. This will give you a broad internship in which you will be involved in both creative and strategic marketing tasks as well as in-depth research into products, target markets and relevant regulations. The ideal role for someone who is both commercially and analytically minded.

Your tasks will include:

• Social media management: Maintaining and strengthening our META channels (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn with content that matches the tone of voice of Neofollics.
• Competitor and trend analysis: Monitor the market, identify trends and opportunities, and analyse competitors at the brand and product level.
• Product and market research: In collaboration with R&D, you will research ingredients, international regulations and opportunities for new products.
• Content creation: Writing texts for marketing materials, campaigns and social media.
• Identify collaborations: Help find and approach potential partners and platforms that fit our strategy.
• Event organisation: Assisting in the planning and execution of trade shows and other brand activities.
  
  In addition, you will be given the space to come up with your own ideas and take on projects that really interest you.

• You are currently following a higher professional education in Marketing, Commercial Economics, International Business or a similar direction.
• A prior education in life sciences or a strong interest in scientific knowledge is an advantage.
• You have an interest in the health, pharmaceutical or cosmetics industry.
• You are responsible, proactive and can work independently.
• You have an eye for detail and work in a structured way.
• You are both creative and analytical and like to switch between campaigns and research reports.
• You are interested in science-based marketing and like to dive into products and regulations.
• You are a strong communicator and enjoy working with different departments.
• You speak and write Dutch and English fluently; German is a plus.
