Content Marketeer

Neofollics Hair Technology is the Dutch specialist in scientifically substantiated solutions against hair loss and for stimulating hair growth. Are you an expert in translating complex information into clear, convincing and engaging content? As a Content Marketer (Medior) at Neofollics, you are the creative and strategic force behind our online communication via our Shopify webshop, social media and email. You are the voice that communicates our scientific foundation and the proven effectiveness of our products to a wide audience, with a keen eye for what fascinates and binds our target group.

• You will develop and execute a rock-solid content strategy for our website (Shopify), blog, social media and email (Klaviyo).
• You write and optimise persuasive texts: from SEO-friendly blog articles and product pages that are found and read, to catchy social posts and informative web content.
• You will dive into the world of hair growth and translate scientific insights into content that inspires trust and strengthens our brand authority.
• You create and manage appealing content for our social media channels and build an active community.
• You support our SEO specialist by optimising content and conducting keyword research (experience with tools like Semrush is a plus).
• You analyse the performance of your content (with tools like GA4 and Tracify) and use data to continuously improve and increase our brand awareness and customer engagement.
• You guard the unique, reliable tone-of-voice of Neofollics.
• You contribute to effective newsletters in Klaviyo that bind and inform our customers.
• You can work on projects and manage your tasks through Asana.

You are the ideal candidate if you:

• Have completed a higher professional education (Marketing, Communication, Journalism or the like).
• Have at least 2-5 years of experience in a similar content marketing role, preferably in e-commerce (experience with Shopify is a big plus).
• Are excellent at flawless and appealing writing in Dutch, and also express yourself professionally in English.
• Have good basic knowledge of SEO (keyword research, on-page optimisation) and know how to make content findable, in collaboration with a specialist (experience with Semrush, Screaming Frog, Mangools is a plus).
• Have a strong commercial awareness: you understand how your creative content contributes to our business goals such as brand awareness and customer loyalty, and you can respond strategically.
• Are creative, proactive and analytical: you are bursting with ideas, take initiative and base your choices partly on data from GA4/Tracify.
• Are familiar with CMS systems (ideally Shopify) and web analytics. Experience with Asana is an advantage.
