After submitting the form, you will receive an email consisting of two parts:

  • Personal measurement questionnaire: This helps us understand your specific situation.
  • Photo submission request: Please provide clear, well-lit photos taken from the front, both sides, and back. Ensure the photos are high-quality for accurate assessment.

3. Receive your personalised plan

After reviewing your information, we’ll email your personalised plan with recommended products or routines. Wait for this email before purchasing. Hair Growth and Beard Growth routines take 180 days to show results, while Scalp Therapy routines show results sooner. At T=30, you’ll receive an email for the last measurement. During the routine, progress emails are sent at T=90 and T=180 (or T=30 for Scalp Therapy) to track progress and make adjustments.

Program completion requirements

If the results do not meet expectations communicated at T=0, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund based on the routine's success.
Please note that we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee for processing the refund.

  • Use the full routine package consistently for at least 180 days. If you are using Scalp Therapy you will only use it for 30 days.
  • Ensure the routine is applied correctly, following the recommended frequency of use.
  • Submit the required progress assessments on time.
