  1. Take one tablet from the packaging and prepare a glass of water. Swallow the tablet slowly followed by drinking the water.
  2. The recommended dose is 1 – 3 tablets per day, spread over the day (morning – afternoon – evening).

Note: The use of these tablets during pregnancy is not recommended.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and healthy lifestyle are important. Nutritional supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Keep out of reach of young children. Not intended for people who need to control their blood cholesterol level. The consumption of more than 3g/day of added plant sterols should be avoided.
