  2. If taking additional tablets, take them with meals throughout the day, up to a total of 3 tablets per day.

For best results, we recommend taking 3 tablets per day. Once satisfactory results have been achieved after one year, continue with a maintenance dosage of 1 to 2 tablets per day. Consistent use is important to achieve and maintain results.
