The shampoo helps maintain a healthy scalp environment, while the conditioner nourishes and strengthens the hair and helps reduce breakage. The tablets provide essential nutritional support from within. Together, the three products help support the condition of the hair and scalp during periods of increased shedding.

Consistent use of the complete routine is important for the best possible results. The 100 tablets provide 50 days of use at the recommended dose of 2 tablets per day. Both the 250 ml bottle of shampoo and conditioner are sufficient for up to 3 months.

  1. Wash the hair with a small amount of shampoo and rinse. Apply again, massage into the scalp and hair, leave on for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
  2. Apply a generous amount of conditioner to the scalp and hair. Gently massage, leave on for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
  3. Take 2 tablets spread throughout the day, with plenty of water during or after a meal.
