  • Take 1 - 3 tablets every day with water during or after a meal.
  • Apply the shampoo to the hand and massage it directly into the scalp. Leave it on for 3 - 5 minutes. After the shampoo has been absorbed, rinse well so that no residue remains.
  • After washing the hair, apply the conditioner on the hand and massage it directly onto the scalp. Leave it in for 3 -5 minutes. Wash the hair thoroughly.

    For the best results, we recommend using the shampoo and conditioner daily or at least 3 times a week and taking 3 tablets daily.
