The lotion provides targeted support to thinning areas, while the shampoo helps support hair growth and maintain a healthy scalp environment. The tablets provide essential nutrients from within. Together, the three products provide complementary support for hair density, strength and overall hair condition.

Consistent use of the complete routine is important for the best possible results. The 90 ml bottle of lotion and 250 ml bottle of shampoo are sufficient for up to 3 months, while the 100 tablets provide 50 days of use at the recommended dose of 2 tablets per day.

The Moderate hair loss routine contains the Hair Growth Stimulating Lotion, Stimulating Shampoo and Supporting Tablets.

  1. Apply 2 to 3 sprays to each thinning area and gently massage into the scalp. Leave on for at least 3 hours and do not rinse. Rinse the nozzle after each use.
  2. Wash the hair with a small amount of shampoo and rinse. Apply again, massage into the scalp and hair, leave on for 3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
  3. Take 2 tablets spread throughout the day, with plenty of water during or after a meal.

We recommend using the lotion twice a day and the shampoo at least 3 times a week.
