General

These terms apply to promotions where Neofollics offers a free gift with purchase via the official online store www.neofollics.com. By participating, you agree to these terms.

  • Neofollics may amend or end the promotion at any time.
  • In cases not covered, the decision of Neofollics Customer Service is final.
  • This promotion is governed by Dutch law.

How to receive a gift

  • One (1) free gift per order, while supplies last.
  • Your basket must meet the qualifying order value thresholds (product subtotal after discounts, excluding delivery charges and taxes).
    €40: eligible to choose one gift: Hair Towel Wrap.
    €70: the following also become available (still one gift total): Toiletry Bag, Hair Growth Stimulating Shampoo (100 ml), Hair Growth Stimulating Conditioner (100 ml), Scalp Therapy Exfoliating Shampoo (100 ml).
  • €90: you unlocked the final gift, the Satin Pillowcase.
  • The gift selector appears once your basket qualifies; you must actively add the gift before checkout. Gifts cannot be claimed after the order is placed.

Promotional period and availability

  • Promotion runs from 1 October to 5 October 2025, while stocks last.
  • When a gift is unavailable, this will be indicated on the page/selector. Gifts are not back-ordered.
  • Neofollics may substitute a gift with a comparable item of equal or higher value if necessary.
  • Valid only for online orders via www.neofollics.com. Not valid on previously placed orders.

Returns and exchanges

  • If a return reduces the value of items you keep below the qualifying threshold, your entitlement to the gift lapses.
  • Please return the gift unused and undamaged in original packaging for a full refund.
  • If the gift is not returned (or is returned used/damaged), the gift’s retail value will be deducted from the refund.
  • Exchanges: if you exchange for an item of equal or higher value and your order remains above the relevant threshold, you may keep the gift.

Exclusions and combinations

  • Gifts cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash/credit.
  • Not combinable with other gift promotions, discount codes or offers, unless explicitly stated.
  • Value sets/bundles are treated as a single product.
