Your role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact and the empathetic face of Neofollics. You play a crucial role in providing excellent support to our national and international customers via chat and e-mail. Your primary objective is not only to answer questions but also to proactively reduce the number of enquiries and build long-term customer relationships by creating trust. You will manage customer data and proactively contribute ideas on how we can continuously improve our service, in line with our ambition to be the best at what we do.

What we ask of you

  • You are available part-time for a minimum of 4 hours per day.
  • You speak and write excellent Dutch and English.
  • You possess a great sense of responsibility and handle your tasks independently.
  • A completed qualification as a Pharmacy Assistant is a major advantage.
