Your role

As an International Account Manager at Neofollics Hair Technology, you will play a vital role in the success of our brand by driving B2B revenue and expanding our international presence.

You are responsible for identifying and converting potential leads into long-term B2B partners. You develop our proposition, ensure strong positioning of our products and content, and continuously work to enhance the B2B customer experience. You monitor market developments and customer needs closely and take initiative to act. Your goal is to grow Neofollics into the market leader in hair growth solutions across Europe and beyond.

Your responsibilities

  • Generate new B2B sales by identifying prospects, developing a sales strategy, creating awareness, and building long-term relationships.
  • Manage accounts to ensure high customer satisfaction and stable sales growth.
  • Onboard and train new B2B clients and their teams.
  • Actively maintain and strengthen existing partnerships to achieve year-on-year growth.
  • Analyse market data to identify high-potential markets and sales channels.
  • Measure and evaluate the performance of countries, resellers and distributors, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Maintain and update our CRM system.
  • Represent Neofollics at trade shows and assist in organising trade fair participation.
  • Help build lead generation funnels for B2B clients.

What we ask of you

You are someone who identifies commercial opportunities and takes initiative to seize them, independently or together with colleagues. You are communicative, listen well, and ask the right questions to understand customer needs. At the same time, you’re a true team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and the drive to make impact.

You also bring:

  • A higher professional (HBO+) level of thinking and working.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with acquisition, account management and sales processes.
  • A proactive, flexible and independent attitude.
  • A responsible and disciplined work style.
  • Fluent Dutch and excellent English, both spoken and written.
  • Availability of at least 32 hours per week.
  • Affinity with hair care, cosmetics, nutrition or pharmacy is a plus.
  • A relevant network in hair, cosmetics, nutrition or pharmacy is a bonus.
