Your role

As our Medior Performance Marketer, you will be driving our paid online growth. You will have full control and responsibility for the execution of our advertising strategy across social media, SEA and marketplaces. In this role, you are the strategic lead: you develop the plans and execute them yourself, while being able to spar with and learn from a renowned marketing agency that functions as your knowledge partner. You will have the opportunity to work with meaningful budgets and make a direct impact on our international growth.

Your responsibilities

  • Strategy and execution: You will develop, manage and optimise performance marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, META (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Bol.com and Amazon. You own the process from start to finish.
  • Cross-team collaboration: You will work closely with our in-house SEO specialist, content marketer and wider marketing team. Together you will develop strategies, improve the customer journey and ensure channel consistency and alignment.
  • Strategic sparring: You will collaborate with our external marketing agency. You use their expertise as a source of knowledge, challenge them at a strategic level and learn from top specialists in the field to continuously develop yourself.
  • Analysis and optimisation: You dive deep into the data. You analyse campaign performance, monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA and CPL, and adjust where needed. A/B testing is second nature to you.
  • Reporting and insights: You translate complex campaign data into clear reports and present commercial insights and recommendations to both the team and management.

What we ask of you

  • At least 3 years of demonstrable, hands-on experience in a similar Performance Marketing role.
  • Higher professional education or academic working and thinking level, preferably in marketing, communication or business.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Meta Business Manager. Experience with Channable and Tracify is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical mindset and highly data-driven. You are able to interpret complex data and translate it into clear action points and strategic recommendations.
  • Experience managing significant advertising budgets and working towards set targets and KPIs.
