Neofollics app promotion: a free Scalp Massaging Brush with every order, and a complete routine given away every week

In short
- Every order you place in the Neofollics app comes with a free Scalp Massaging Brush. No minimum spend.
- Every week we give away a € 115 gift card for a complete routine, for nine weeks.
- Every order in the app is automatically an entry in the prize draw (excluding deliveries to the United Kingdom).
- Black Friday starts two days early in the app: on 17 and 18 November you get 25% off when you order 2 or more items, in the app only. The free brush does not count towards this.
- The promotion runs from 30 October to 31 December 2026.
1. Organiser
1.1 This promotion is organised by Neofollics Hair Technology Europe B.V., Mercatorweg 28, 6827 DC Arnhem, the Netherlands, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 63336782 ("Neofollics").
1.2 Questions about the promotion can be sent to customerservice@neofollics.com.
2. Promotion period and eligibility
2.1 The promotion runs from the launch of the Neofollics app on 30 October 2026 up to and including 31 December 2026.
2.2 The free brush (article 3) applies to every order placed through the Neofollics app, to any country Neofollics delivers to. The prize draw (article 5) applies to orders with a delivery address outside the United Kingdom.
2.3 You must be 18 or older. Employees of Neofollics and of parties involved in this promotion cannot take part in the prize draw.
3. Free Scalp Massaging Brush with every app order
3.1 Every order you place through the Neofollics app comes with a free Scalp Massaging Brush. There is no minimum spend.
3.2 You receive one brush per order, regardless of the number of products in the order.
3.3 The brush is added to your order automatically. You do not need to do anything.
3.4 The brush is only included with orders placed in the app. It does not apply to orders placed through the website, Amazon or other retailers.
3.5 The brush cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
3.6 The brush is also included alongside other offers in the app, such as the Black Friday discount.
3.7 If you return your order, you do not need to return the brush.
3.8 While stocks last. If the brush runs out, we will say so in the app and on this page.
4. Black Friday: two days early in the app
4.1 From Tuesday 17 November 2026 at 13:00 up to and including Wednesday 18 November 2026 at 23:59 (Dutch time), you get 25% off when you order 2 or more items. This applies only to orders placed through the Neofollics app.
4.2 The free Scalp Massaging Brush from article 3 is a gift. It does not count as an item for this discount.
4.3 The discount is applied automatically in the cart. You do not need a discount code.
4.4 From Thursday 19 November up to and including Monday 30 November 2026, the same discount also applies on neofollics.com.
4.5 The Black Friday discount cannot be combined with other discounts or discount codes. In the app, you still get the free brush from article 3 on top.
5. Prize draw: a complete routine every week
5.1 Every week we draw one winner of a Neofollics gift card worth € 115, to order a complete routine of their choice. There are nine draws in total.
5.2 You enter by placing an order through the Neofollics app. Each order counts as one entry. You do not need to sign up separately. Entry costs nothing extra: products in the app cost the same as they would without this promotion. Orders with a delivery address in the United Kingdom are not included in the prize draw.
5.3 An entry takes part in the draw for the week in which it was made and in every draw after that, until it wins or the promotion ends. The sooner you enter, the more draws your entry takes part in.
5.4 An order that is cancelled or returned in full does not count as an entry.
5.5 The draws take place on Monday 9, 16, 23 and 30 November, 7, 14, 21 and 28 December 2026 and 4 January 2027. Each draw covers the entries up to and including the Sunday before. The first draw includes all entries since the launch. The last draw includes entries up to and including 31 December 2026.
5.6 The winner is chosen at random by an automated draw from all valid entries. For each draw we record the date, the number of entries and the winning entry.
5.7 Each person can win no more than once during the promotion.
5.8 Winners are notified in the app and by email, at the address used for the order, within five working days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 14 days, the prize lapses and we draw a new winner.
5.9 The winner receives the gift card by email. It can be used in the Neofollics app and on neofollics.com, for all products, and is valid for 12 months from the day it is sent. Neofollics covers the shipping costs of the order placed with the gift card.
5.10 The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred. If you spend less than € 115, the remaining balance stays on the gift card until it expires.
5.11 Neofollics pays any gaming tax due on the prizes.
6. Privacy
6.1 For this promotion we only use the details you gave us when you ordered: your name, email address, delivery address and order number. We use them to send the brush, carry out the draw, contact the winner and send the gift card.
6.2 With the winner's permission, we may mention their first name and town in the app or on our channels. We will not do so without permission.
6.3 Our privacy policy also applies.
7. Other
7.1 This promotion complies with the Dutch Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance 2014 (Gedragscode Promotionele Kansspelen).
7.2 Neofollics may exclude a participant in the event of misuse, fraud or conduct in breach of these terms.
7.3 Neofollics may change or end the promotion early if there is a serious reason to do so. This will never affect entries already in the draw or prizes already awarded.
7.4 Complaints about the promotion can be sent to customerservice@neofollics.com. You will receive a response within 14 days.
7.5 This promotion is governed by Dutch law.
