Bünyamin Genco is the co-founder and CEO of Alpha Hair Clinic, a specialist hair transplant clinic. Within the clinic, he focuses on organisational development, the quality of the patient experience and personalised guidance throughout the hair transplant journey. From Istanbul to Alpha Hair Clinic

In 2008, Bünyamin travelled to Istanbul with his father, doctor and entrepreneur Şükrü Genco, to learn more about the expertise and techniques used within the hair transplant industry.

During this period, Bünyamin discovered not only what was technically possible, but also how significantly personal attention can influence the treatment experience. One particular treatment, during which he felt insufficient consideration was given to the patient’s comfort and emotions, became an important turning point. It motivated him to establish a clinic where medical care, a results-driven approach and a human touch come together.

In 2022, he founded Alpha Hair Clinic together with his father. He summarises his mission as follows: “At Alpha, you are not just a number. At Alpha, you are you.”
