Hanna Stalenna is a dermatologist, trichologist and cosmetologist with 19 years of clinical experience. Based in Ukraine, she specialises in hair loss, hair growth disorders and chronic scalp conditions. She combines evidence-based medicine with an individualised approach, focusing on long-term treatment and maintenance strategies that support both medical outcomes and improve their overall well-being and confidence.

A long-term vision on hair and scalp health

Trichology became a natural extension of Hanna’s dermatological practice. Over time, she increasingly treated patients with hair loss, hair growth disorders and inflammatory scalp conditions, which led her to further specialise in trichology. For Hanna, anti-ageing is not limited to the skin. Healthy hair is equally important for appearance, confidence and overall wellbeing.

In recent years, particularly under chronic stress conditions, she has observed a rise in alopecia areata, androgenetic alopecia and seborrhoeic dermatitis. These often follow a chronic, relapsing course and require structured long-term maintenance strategies rather than short-term symptom control.

As a member of the Ukrainian Hair Research Society (HRS), she combines clinical reasoning, evidence-based medicine and an individualised approach to identify root causes and develop realistic, long-term treatment plans.
