Your role

As a Back Office Employee / Office Manager, you are an important link within our organization. You ensure that the office runs smoothly, administrative processes proceed well, and customers are assisted professionally. You maintain an overview, think ahead, and support colleagues in a practical and structured manner.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing and supporting daily office operations.
  • Ensuring a tidy, organized, and pleasant working environment.
  • Supporting the sales team (manager) with administrative and operational tasks.
  • Maintaining customer contact regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, and practical inquiries.
  • Processing and reviewing orders, invoices, and related administrative records.
  • Coordinating the shipping process to customers in collaboration with internal colleagues and logistics partners.
  • Organizing lunches, office supplies, and other practical office-related matters.
  • Identifying maintenance or facility-related issues and ensuring appropriate solutions are implemented.
  • Coordinating team events, meetings, and company-wide organizational activities.
  • Contributing ideas and improvements for administrative, commercial, and operational processes.

What we ask of you

  • Minimum MBO-level (vocational) working and thinking ability, preferably in Administration, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative, back-office, sales support, or similar support role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A customer-focused, service-oriented, and professional attitude.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing, invoicing, and administrative tasks.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work.

  • A monthly salary between €2,700 and €3,200 based on a 40-hour workweek, depending on your knowledge and experience.
