The package contains a powerful combination of Hair Growth Lotion, Shampoo, and Tablets.

1. Take 1 - 3 tablets daily with water during or after a meal.
2. Apply the shampoo to the hand and massage the shampoo directly into the scalp. Leave the shampoo on for 3 - 5 minutes. After the shampoo has been absorbed, wash the shampoo well so no residue remains.
3. Apply the lotion to all places on your scalp where your hair is thinning. Recommended use by area: Crown: 3 sprays, top: 3 sprays & temples: 2 sprays. Tip: Part the hair with a comb and apply it directly on the scalp to prevent greasy hair.

Note: Not recommended during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

For best results, we recommend using the shampoo daily or at least 4 times a week, the lotion twice a day, and 3 tablets daily.
